Terms of Use

1. What IncomeMatch is
IncomeMatch operates incomematch.co.uk as a free introduction and information request service. You answer a short set of questions and, if you choose, submit your contact details to request a callback. Your request may then be passed to one independent partner firm so that it can contact you and explain the services it offers.
2. No financial advice
IncomeMatch does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on this website should be treated as a personal recommendation. If you need advice, seek it from a suitably qualified and authorised professional.
3. No guarantee of earnings or outcomes
IncomeMatch does not promise, guarantee or estimate any income, return or financial outcome. Any monthly amount you select in the on-site check records your personal goal only; it is not a projection, an estimate or a promise of potential earnings. Partner firms may offer financial or investment-related services that carry risk, including the loss of capital.
4. Partner firms are independent
Partner firms are separate, independent businesses. IncomeMatch does not control, and is not responsible for, the services, conduct, pricing, eligibility criteria or regulatory status of any partner firm. Before you proceed with a partner firm you should review its own terms, fees, risk disclosures, eligibility requirements and regulatory permissions, and satisfy yourself that its service is suitable for you. IncomeMatch may receive a fee from a partner firm for an introduction.
5. No obligation
Submitting the form does not oblige you to purchase, use or continue with anything. You may decline any offer, end any call and ask not to be contacted again at any time.
6. Using this website
- You must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom to submit a request.
- You agree to provide accurate details and to submit only your own contact information, and you confirm you are happy to be contacted about your request.
- You must not submit automated, fraudulent or abusive requests, attempt to disrupt the site, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
- We may refuse, reject or delete any submission that fails our validation or anti-abuse checks.
7. Availability and content
The website is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all content is free of errors. We may change or withdraw content, or update these terms, at any time; the version published here is the version that applies.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, IncomeMatch is not liable for any loss arising from your dealings with a partner firm or from reliance on general information published on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who it is shared with and how long it is kept.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions about these terms: hello@incomematch.co.uk
