Who we are

IncomeMatch operates the website incomematch.co.uk. IncomeMatch is a free introduction service: we collect a short set of answers and your contact details so that an independent partner firm can call you and explain the services it offers. IncomeMatch does not provide financial advice and does not promise or guarantee earnings.

What personal data we collect

  • Contact details you enter in the form: your name, email address and phone number.
  • Your answers to the short on-site check: your stated monthly income goal, your motivation, the time you could set aside each week, and when you would like to start.
  • Technical and marketing attribution data: your IP-derived request metadata, browser user agent, referring website, and advertising parameters present in the URL such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid and UTM parameters. These are stored in your browser and submitted with your request so we can understand which campaign brought you here.
  • Anonymous session and visitor identifiers used to measure how far people get through the on-site check.

Why we collect it and our legal basis

  • To action your callback request — legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and your consent when you submit the form.
  • To validate submissions (checking phone and email formats, preventing duplicate and automated submissions) — legal basis: our legitimate interests in operating a functioning, non-abused service.
  • To measure advertising and site performance — legal basis: our legitimate interests, and your consent where required for advertising cookies and identifiers.

Who we share it with

If you request a callback, your name, email address, phone number and your answers to the on-site check may be shared with one independent partner firm so that it can contact you. That partner firm is a separate data controller and is responsible for its own use of your data under its own privacy policy. We also use service providers who process data on our behalf, including our hosting and database provider and Google for advertising measurement. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies, tracking and Google Ads

We store a session identifier, a visitor identifier and any advertising parameters from your first visit in your browser's local storage so that a later submission can be attributed to the correct campaign. The site loads the Google Ads tag (gtag.js) for conversion measurement. A conversion event is only sent to Google after a valid callback request has been recorded, and it contains a random reference for that request — it does not contain your name, email address or phone number.

How long we keep it

Callback requests and their associated answers and attribution data are kept for as long as needed to handle the introduction and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and are reviewed periodically. Records of submissions that were rejected by our validation checks are kept for 90 days and then deleted.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored in an access-controlled database. Access to stored contact details is limited to authenticated administrators and enforced at the database level.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within one month.
